Barth, Anna (19 January 1908 – 27 September 1982)

Funeral services for Mrs. Clarence (Anna) Barth, 74, were held on Friday morning, October 1, from the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville.

Mrs. Barth, Rt. 3 Neillsville, passed away on Monday evening, September 27, in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. The Rev. Gary Clark of the United Church of Christ officiated with burial made in the Town of Weston Cemetery.

The deceased was born on January 19, 1908, in Milwaukee to Joseph and Christina Hranicka. After receiving her education, she worked in Milwaukee for several years. On February 5, 1926, she married Clarence W. Barth in Waukegan, Illinois, ceremonies. The couple then made their home in Milwaukee and West Allis. About eight years ago, they moved to Neillsville and three years ago to the Town of Weston.

Surviving her, besides her husband, is a daughter, Mrs. Wilhelm (Delores) Fleischmann, Neillsville; a brother, John Hranicka, Tomahawk, three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Frank, Al and Joseph; and a sister, Frances.
