The Neillsville High School Kiwanis Club has named senior Delaney Rochester their January Junior Kiwanian, having her dedication to team sport activities and leadership in school clubs like th4e student council. Submitted photo
Jan. 9 the Neillsville Kiwanis Club welcomed senior student Delaney Rochester as Junior Kiwanian for the month. She is the daughter of Ricky and Clarissa Rochester.
During her high school years, Rochester has been a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Club, Family Career and Community Leaders and served on Student Council. As a three-sport scholar-athlete for four years, she has been an important part of the success of Neillsville’s basketball, volleyball and softball teams.
Following graduation in the spring Rochester intends to pursue a career in nursing, and will select a school from UW-Oshkosh, UW-Madison and the University of Minnesota.
For more than 60 years the Junior Kiwanian program has honored Neillsville senior students like Delaney Rochester for their academic, athletic, and extra-curricular achievements. The club appreciates her participation and wishes her continued success into the future.
