Kohl, Erna (11 APR 1970)
Mrs. Erna Kohl of rural Athens and Rolland Gasch of rural Abbotsford were united
in marriage Saturday evening, April 11, 1970, at 7:30 at the United Church of
Christ at Athens. The Rev. Kenneth A. Dix read the double ring marriage service.
Attending the couple were Mrs. Nellie Knoll, sister of the bride, and Frank
Baronsky of Abbotsford.
For her wedding, the bride was attired in a pink suit with matching accessories.
She wore a corsage of red and white roses.
Her matron of honor wore a navy suit with matching accessories and a corsage of
yellow and white carnations.
Following the ceremony supper was served in the church basement for their
families and immediate relatives.
A reception followed at the Halsey Town Hall.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Gasch are making their home on the groom's farm, route 1,
Abbotsford.
