Navy Ensign Alexander M. Rode, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell N. Rode, Route 2,
Withee (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, has completed Environmental Indoctrination School
at Pensacola, Florida.
His training, which included aerodynamics, aviation physiology, engineering and
land and sea survival, is part of a total of 18 months training leading to his
designation as a naval Aviator.
He is a 1973 graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign, with a Bachelor
of Science degree.
