Gilman area school district voters will be asked Tuesday for the fourth time
about a building program which would propose adding an addition to the present
Gilman school and to Jump River elementary school. Referenda to construct
additions to the high school and elementary school were defeated on three
previous occasions.
The last referendum in the Gilman district proposed bonding the district for the
sum of $900,000. The present referendum asks the voters if they are for the
bonds or against the bonds and the sum total has been reduced to $700,000.
