Darling, Anthony "Tony" Erwin (3 SEP 1948 - 4 OCT 2018)

Anthony "Tony" Erwin Darling, age 70, of Abbotsford, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Marshfield Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford. Friends and family are welcome from 12:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Tony was born on September 3, 1948, the son of Erwin and Josephine (Giuliani) Darling, in Milwaukee, WI. He was a graduate of Rhinelander High School, and attended Nicolet Technical College. He served in the United States Army as a Sergeant during Vietnam in Laos and Thailand.

Tony had various jobs, including driving semi truck, working for a cable company in Rhinelander as a linemen, and a ham radio operator. Tony had a special place in his heart for his pets, and his faithful dog, "Sheba".

Tony is survived by his significant other: Janice Brandner, and two sisters: Penelope Fortier of Rhinelander, and Elizabeth (John) Meyer of Green Bay, and several nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
