Schmidt, Raymond W. (22 JAN 1914 – 26 AUG 1971)

Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 28, 1971, at St. Bernard’s Church, Thorp, for Raymond W. Schmidt, 57. He passed away August 26, 1971 at his residence, 406 W. Main Street, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.).

Mr. Schmidt was born January 22, 1914 in Thorp and lived in Thorp all his life. He has been employed by Foremost Blue Moon for the past 22 years.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; and three daughters, Janice, Ardis and Lois; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Stewart, Wausau, and Mrs. Frank Neary, Chippewa Falls.

He was preceded in death by his two sons, Robert, who passed away in 1962, and Roger in 1963.
