Miller, Andrew J. (17 SEP 1885 – 02 DEC 1971)

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 1971 at Nazareth Lutheran Church, Withee, for Andrew J. Miller, 86, of route 2, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.). Mr. Miller passed away Thursday at Victory Memorial Hospital at Stanley, following a stroke.

The Rev. Robert Sullivan, parish pastor, officiated at the service, and burial was made in the parish cemetery.

Mr. Miller was born September 17, 1885 in Iowa, and came to a farm near Withee in 1893, and had since resided there. He was married June 26, 1918 in Eau Claire to Jennie Histadt, who preceded him in death July 25, 1968.

Survivors include two sons, Edward, route 2, Withee; and Thomas, Waukegan, Illinois; a great-grandchild; and two brothers, Mark Miller, Fenton, Mich.; and John Miller of Chicago.
