Printz, Connie (1951? – 14 February 1975)

Funeral services were held in Humbird Tuesday for Connie Printz, 23, Humbird native and a teacher in the Owen-Withee school system. She was one of three persons killed in a three-car automobile accident near Cadott on Highway 29, Friday evening.

She was dead on arrival at a Chippewa Falls hospital. Also dead as a result of the crash were Patrick E. Koshak, 23 of Park Falls and Gloria M. McNamara, 39, of Rt. 1 Cadott.

A home economics instructor, Miss Printz was a graduate of Lincoln High School at Alma Center and of Stout State University at Menomonie.

Burial was made in the Printz family lot in the Mentor Cemetery following the services from the United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Iola Printz, a brother, Allan of Humbird; and two sisters: Mrs. Art Duerkop and Mrs. Gary Bobb, both of Eau Claire.

Printz, Connie R. (12 SEP 1951 – 14 FEB 1975)

Connie R. Printz, 23, former resident of Humbird (Clark Co., Wis.), and Owen-Withee Home Economics teacher, was killed Friday night in a traffic fatality near Cadott. Miss Printz had an apartment in Curtiss and was enroute to a sister's birthday party in Eau Claire.

She was born September 12, 1951 at Neillsville (Clark Co.). She graduated from Alma Center Lincoln High School and the University of Wisconsin, Stout. She was employed as a home economics teacher in the Owen-Withee School System.

Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Iola Printz, Humbird; two sister, Mrs. Tom Bobb and Mrs. Arthur Duerkon, both of Eau Claire. Service were held at 1:30 Tuesday at United Methodist Church, Humbird, with the Rev. Otis Botts officiating. Burial was made in East Lawn Cemetery at Alma Center.
