Maurer, Larry Rodger (4 NOV 1943 - 30 MAY 2018)

Larry Rodger Maurer, 74, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away from leukemia on May 30, 2018 at his son, Sam’s house under the care of hospice.

Larry was born on Nov. 4, 1943 to the late John and Romilda (Lissner) Maurer. He graduated from Medford Area Senior High in 1961. He spend 26 years in the Air Force and then worked for government contractors until retirement.

Larry is survived his wife of 51 years, Annatalia; two sons, Dennis and Sam, both of San Antonio, Texas; one brother, David (Sandra) of Medford; and sister-in-laws, Sally (Maurer) Jensen of Medford and Deann Maurer of Minneapolis, Minn.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Dennis; and a sister, Gayle.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 10 at the Lord of the Harvest Church. Interment will be held on Monday, June 11 at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery with full military rites performed.
