Linda Lato, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Lato of Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, Sunday, May 12, 1974. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications.

While at Platteville, Linda was a member of the National Forensics Fraternity – Pi Kappa Delta, the National Dramatics Fraternity – Alpha Psi Omega, as well as a member of the Wisconsin Speech Association. She was an active member of the Pioneer Players in all aspects of the theatre field. In 1974 Linda was a nominee for "Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities."

This summer Linda plans to do graduate work towards a Master's degree in Speech at the University of Michigan.
