Loos, Steven M. (28 APR 1954 – 20 NOV 1973)

Steven Mark Loos, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Loos, Route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), died at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, 1973 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. He died of head injuries which he received when a car in which he was the sole occupant rolled over on County Truck Y in Clark County on Sunday, November 18. According to Robert Lulloff, coroner, Loos was northbound when the car careened to the right shoulder, returned to the highway, and then rolled and skidded into the left ditch. Loos was found 36 feet from his vehicle.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, with burial in the parish cemetery. Rev. Norbert King officiated.

Pallbearers were Monte Cox, Jeff Lindekugel, Robert Loos, Michael Braun, roger Foemmel, and Vern Genteman.

A P.C.C.W. was held at 3 p.m., Thursday, with a general Rosary at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

The Rinka Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Steven loos was born April 28, 1954 in Marshfield. He received his education in Loyal schools, graduating from Loyal High School in 1972. He was employed by the Building Dynamic Corp. in Middleton.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Rosemary Kidwell, Memphis, Tenn., and Sandra, Spencer, and five brothers, James, R. 1, Loyal, William, Sheboygan, Charles, Loyal, and Daniel and Kenneth, at home.
