Perman, Vicky (1954? – 22 JAN 1971)

Word has been received here by relatives of the death of Miss Vicky Perman, 16, of St. Paul. She was killed Friday evening, along with three classmates and the driver of the car. Their car was struck broadside by an oncoming vehicle and all five occupants were killed. The accident occurred near Hayward while they were enroute to a weekend of skiing at White Cap Mountain, near Hurley.

Miss Perman was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Victor Perman of St. Paul. Mrs. Perman will be remembered as the former Virginia Awe, who grew to womanhood in Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Awe of route 1, Withee. The Awe's are spending the winter in Pharr, Texas and flew to St. Paul to attend the funeral of their granddaughter on Tuesday.
