Mary R. Henrichs, 99, Medford, died Friday, December 5, 2003, at Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center in Medford.

Funeral services were Tuesday, December 9, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Rev. Dennis Meulemans officiating. Burial was in Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers are grandchildren Janet Hoffman, Pat and Rick Henrichs, John Fischer, Barb Graff and Harvey Rudolph.

Mary was born in Marathon County, Wisconsin to John & Caroline F. (Heil) Werner. She was married to Hubert Henrichs.
