Mr. and Mrs. John Martinek, Cudahy, announce the engagement of their daughter,
Carol Sue, to Gordon William Alexander. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe
Alexander, Lake Forest, Illinois, former residents of rural Owen (Clark Co.,
Wis.)
Gordon is a graduate of Owen-Withee High School, and is employed by the
Whitewater Police Department as Police-Community Relations Officer. Carol is a
graduate of Whitewater state University, and also attended the Universidad Ibero-Americana
in Mexico City.
Both young people are residents of Whitewater. They plan to be married June 27,
1970 at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cudahy.
