Alice was a stay-at-home mom until 1966 when she returned to work at the Clark County Courthouse, working in the County Clerk’s Office and then the County Treasurer’s Office, where she held the position of Deputy County Treasurer until her retirement in 1991.

In recent years she volunteered in the gift shop at the Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville.
She and Edgar enjoyed traveling throughout the United States. Her favorite times were spent at gatherings with both the Tews and Beyer families. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Everyone agreed, she was truly a sweet lady.
