Baumgart, Patsy (Marriage - October - 1974)

A heart-shaped bouquet of red and white feather flowers, accented her Chantilly lace gown as Miss Patsy Baumgart became the bride of Larry Schuh at Trinity Lutheran Church, Unity on October (?). The Rev. James (name blotched) officiated at the ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Baumgart, Unity, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Schuh, Colby. The bride’s father presented her in marriage.

Bouquets of red and white feather flowers were also carried by Mrs. LeRoy Underwood, Glenview, Il., as matron-of-honor, and by Mrs. Kenneth Morrow, Marshfield, Miss Cheryl Bruesewitz, Unity, Miss Nancy Schuh, Colby, and Miss Debbie Singstock, Abbotsford, as bridesmaids. Their gowns of red sheer with white flocking were sparked by white ruffling.

The groom’s attendants were LeRoy Underwood, Glenview, Il., as bestman, and kenneth Morrow, Marshfield, and James Rankel, Duane Schuh, Tom Schuh, all of Colby, as groomsmen. Dale Hoernke and Dusty Zrutskie, also of Colby, seated guests.

Mrs. Ansel Messer was the organist, and Miss Marilyn Bauer, the soloist.

A reception was held at the Colby Hotel.

The newlyweds are both graduates of Colby High School. He farms, and is also employed by a Colby Cooperative.
