Three Loyal students received their State Farmer Degrees at the State FFA
Convention at Green Lake, Wisconsin. They were Mike Luchterhand, David Capelle,
and Paul Bloom. Also honored at the convention were Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Meyer,
parents of Bob Meyer, retiring State FFA Sentinel.
Many special guests attended the convention, son ow which were Miss Terry Anne
Meuwsen, Miss America 1973, from DePere, Wisconsin; Miss Debbie Moser, Alice in
Dairyland from Wausau, Wisconsin; Dwight Seegmiller, National FFA President,
from Decorah, Iowa; Mr. Richard A. Hozley, Master of Hypnotics, from Homer City,
Pa., and Arthur J. Holst, Line Judge, National Football League, Peoria, Ill.
