Pawlak, Rose B. (22 SEP 1915 – 4 NOV 1970)

Rose B. Pawlak, 77, passed away at Victory Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, November 4, 1970, of heart failure. Funeral services were held at Thorp Funeral Home and St. Hedwig’s Chapel on Saturday, November 7. Reverend Joseph Walijewski officiated at the ten a.m. service and burial as made in the St. Hedwig’s Country Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: William Bogumill, Bernard Frenette, Wendell Hottmann, John LaGasse, William Pawlak, and Gregory Senn.

Rose Anyzewski was born in 1893 (according to St. Hedwig’s Cemetery record) in Illinois to the late Florian and Mary Anyzewski. She was married September 22, 1915 to Joseph J. Pawlak.

Surviving are: two sons, Edward F. Pawlak, 325 Russell St., Baraboo, Wisconsin, and Joseph C. Pawlak, 104 N. Lincoln St., Thorp. She was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Anyzewski, and a sister, Florence Anyzewski.
