On Saturday, November 30, 1968 at 2:00 pm., Dianne Jean Wittek and David Frank Rosiejka exchanged wedding voews in Lublin at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Rev. Norbert West officiated the ceremony.

Mrs. Rosiejka is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Wittek of Lublin (Taylor Co., Wis.), and he is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Rosiejka, also of Lublin.

For her wedding the bride chose a floor length bridal gown of peau taffeta, fashioned with long tapered sleeves and a semi-scoop neckline. A band of Chantilly lace adorned the Empire styled bodice. The dome skirt was highlighted by a Watteau sweeping into a chapel train. Her bridal bouquet was a cascade of white roses.

Serving as her sister's maid of honor was Sandra Wittek. Jacki Peck and Cindy Sudak, friends of the bride, were the bridesmaids. The girls wore floor length empire styled dresses of red velvet. A band of white velvet accented the long sleeves and the hemline of the sheath silhouette. Harmonizing veils were secured to a velvet floral cluster. Red and white roses with red velvet streamers were carried by the girls.

Ronald Rosiejka, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Anthony Sudak, cousin of the groom, and Stanley Sudak, a griend of the groom. Each of the men wore a white tuxedo coat with black trousers.

The mothers of the bride and groom wore green velvet dresses with gold and green trim and accessories.

Seating the guests were Thomas Wittek and Thomas Pickarz. Later a dinner was served and a reception held at St. Hedwig's Hall.

Prior to her marriage, the bride was a clerk and typist at North American Life and Casualty Company in Minneapolis. The groom is a sergeant in the U.S. Army, and they are now living in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Guests at the wedding came from Chicago and the suburbs, New York, Milwaukee, Helenville and Chetek.
