McSweeney, James Howard (22 JUN 1944 - 25 SEP 2016)

James Howard McSweeney, 72, of San Angelo, passed away on Sept. 25, 2016, in San Angelo, Texas.

James was born June 22, 1944, to Meredith Agnes Holton and Stephen Michael McSweeney. He had two brothers, Francis and Michael; and a sister, Geri. During his life, he was a butcher at Jewel Food Stores in Chicago, Ill., as well as a farmer in Abbotsford. Later on in his life he was an over the road truck driver.

James is survived by his son, James Keith, and wife, Kris McSweeney; two grandsons, Matthew James McSweeney and Zackery Arnold McSweeney, all of Bayfield, Colo.; and a sister, Geralyn and husband, Tom Martin of Lake Dallas, Texas.

A service is being held at noon on June 22, 2017, at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery and Mausoleums, 6001 W. 111th St., Alsip, IL 60803.
