Jackson, Marilyn (14 OCT 1972)

In an early evening ceremony Miss Marilyn Jackson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jackson, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Jerold Auman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Auman, Willard.

The service took place at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Greenwood, on Saturday, October 14, 1972, at 6 p.m.

Pastor D.E. Wenger performed the ceremony.

Organist was Mrs. Lillian Warner, with Mrs. Paul Franz as soloist.

The bride was seen in an A-Line gown of white satin with chiffon sleeves. A white bow held her veil.

Attending the bride were Mrs. Yvonne Kirn, Mrs. Mary Ann Lesar, Mrs. Marlene Auman, all of Willard; Mrs. Elaine Langreck, Spencer, and Mrs. Cindy Seelow, Milwaukee. They were seen in brown velvet skirted dresses with apricot bodice, and carried fall hued flowers.

Serving as flower girls were Darlene and Diane Kirn.

Male attendants were Louis Lesar, Roger Kirn and Larry Auman, Willard; Robert Langreck, Spencer, and Gene Seelow, Milwaukee. Ushers were Wayne Jackson, Paul Franz, Harvey Lamar and Robert Auman.

Supper was served following the ceremony in the church parlors, with a dance at Silver Dome Ballroom. A Sunday afternoon reception was held at the Legion Hall in Greenwood.

Mr. and Mrs. Auman are Greenwood High School graduates. She is employed at Clark Electric Cooperative, Greenwood, and he is employed by Clark Co. Forestry and Parks Department, Neillsville.

Following a trip through the western states, they will be at home at 406 W. Miller St., Greenwood.
