Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Oestreich, Route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), announce the
engagement of their daughter, Joyce, to Fred Bittner, son of Wanda Bittner, and
the late Fred Bittner. Joyce is a 1971 graduate of Loyal High School and Fred is
a 1970 graduate of Pittsville High School. They are both employed in Marshfield.
An early spring wedding is being planned.
