Mrs. Arthur Greer Dies Monday Jan. 27

Mrs. Arthur Greer, 46, Perkinstown, died Monday, Jan. 27, 1941, at the Medford hospital, after having been ill two months.

Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon from St. Paul’s Lutheran church at 2 o’clock with the Rev. F. W. Korbitz officiating. Interment was in the Perkinstown cemetery.

Mrs. Greer, nee Norma Marie Smith, was born in Milwaukee, Jan. 30, 1896. She was married to Arthur Greer in 1914 at Racine. They came to the present Greer home in 1925. She was a member of the Lutheran religion.

Besides her husband, the deceased is survived by four daughters, Dora of Rochester, Vivian, Sylvia and Isabelle; four brothers, Raymond, Arthur and Cornie Smith of the town of Medford and John Smith of Pearson; three sisters, Mrs. Hattie Jensen of Warren, Miss. Mabel Brahmstead of Perkinstown, and Mrs. Samuel Clark of Milston; and one grandchild.

Pallbearers were the deceased’s brothers and son in law.

Out of town relatives and friends present at the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Smith of Pearson, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Clark of Milston and Mrs. and Mrs. Martin Jensen of Warren.

Mrs. Arthur Greer, 44 Buried at Perkinstown

Medford - Funeral services for Mrs. Arthur Greer, 44, a resident of Perkinstown who died Jan. 27 after a short illness, were held Wednesday in Perkinstown. The Rev. F. W. Korbitz officiated.

Mrs. Greer, nee Norma Smith, was born in Milwaukee on Jan. 30, 1896.

She is survived by her husband and four young children.
