The Colby High School will hold commencement exercises this evening, Thursday,
June 5, 1969, at 8 p.m.
The invocation will be given by Rev. Arthur Rasch of St. Paul's Church, Green
Grove.
Giving the salutatory address will be Arlene Dommer. This will be followed by a
selection given by the girls triple trio, which is under the direction of Miss
Dolores Beaudette. The valedictory address will then be given by Barbar Meyer.
Guests speaker for the evening will be Dr. Wayne Kassera of Wisconsin State
University at River Falls.
The certification will be given by R. Reeves Schwartz, principal, and Joseph H.
Boettcher, district administrator, will be presenting the diplomas to the 130
members of the Class of 1969.
The class motto is "To Right the Unrightable Wrong," class colors are bown and
gold, and the class flower is the yellow rose.
