Schuh, Jean Marie (12 APR 1969)

Jean Marie Schuh, Milwaukee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Schuh of Colby, and Jack D. Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Nelson of Cody, Wyoming, were united in marriage Saturday, April 12, 1969 at 2 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby. The Rev. John Olson performed the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Anthony Schuh. Sister Louise Marie played the organ.

The bride wore a dress of tiered white lace over satin, with a bodice of seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white carnations and tiny pink roses. A crown of seed pearls accented her fingertip veil.

The maid of honor was Miss Lois Schuh, sister of the bride, and she wore a dress of pink lace over taffeta, with a chiffon train. She carried yellow daisies and white carnations. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Richard Schuh, sister-in-law of the bride, Miss Susan Nelson and Miss Sheril Nelson, sister of the groom. They wore dresses of aqua lace over taffeta, with a chiffon train, and carried yellow daisies and white carnations.

The best man was Thomas Roske, and the groomsmen were Richard and Larry Schuh and Martin Gronick. Ushers were Roger Schuh and Wilhelm Luthke.

Festivities of the day included a reception, dinner and dance held at the Sportsmen's Park at Colby. The dance music was by Greiner Brothers.

The bride is a 1968 graduate of Colby High School and is employed by Blue Cross Insurance Company of Milwaukee. The groom is a 1967 graduate of Cody High School, Cody, Wyoming, and is an electronics technician stationed at Great Lakes, Illinois.

Following a wedding trip to Cody Wyoming, the couple will reside at 2931 A North Richards, Milwaukee, Wis.

Guests were from Cody, Wyoming, Colby, Marshfield, Madison, Milwaukee, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, New Jersey and New York
