Mr. and Mrs. Ted Baumgart, Linda and Patsy, were Sunday afternoon and supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. DeLyle Singstock in Abbotsford.

Mr. and Mrs. Seymour Gustafson have received word of the birth of a son to their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Gustafson of North Hollywood, California, on Monday, January 18, 1971. The baby is their first child and has been named Scott Allen.

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Salter and sons of Black Creek visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Salter, Wednesday and Thursday. Mrs. Alvina Seefeldt returned to her home with them after visiting there.

Mrs. Mathilda Burnett entertained at a 1:00 o'clock dinner at her home, Friday, in honor of her 83rd birthday. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Allar of Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Heisler and Mrs. Alvina Luchterhand of rural Colby; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Francen and Mrs. Augusta Miller of Unity.

Mrs. Herman Francen, Mrs. Mathilda Burnett and Mrs. Augusta Miller visited Wednesday with Mrs. Elmer Carlson and Mrs. Ila Star at the Marshfield Convalescent Home..

Mr. and Emil Johnson were Sunday guests at the home of Mr. And Mrs. Kenneth Laube at Colby, in honor of the first birthday of Darin Laube.

Visitors during the week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Greve were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Walti of Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. William Anderson of Curtiss; Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Schmidt, Mrs. Elsie Litka and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Dobbe, all of Loyal.

Mrs. George Cook and Mrs. Clarence Ravy were Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Peterson, Curtiss, in honor of the birthdays of Grant Herrick and Gary Peterson.

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Mabbott and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Andrews of Spencer were Sunday guests at the house of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Capes, Marshfield.
