Gregorich, Nancy Mary (29 SEP 1962)

Appearing before the Rev. Edward Hartung in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenwood, Saturday, September 29, 1962, at 10 a.m. to exchange marriage promises were Miss Nancy Mary Gregorich, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gregorich, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), and Robert Lee Scheuerman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Scheuerman, Greenwood. The church was decorated with white pompons and chrysanthemums.

The high school girls' choir sang the Mass, prior to which Mr. and Gregorich gave his daughter in marriage.

The floor-length gown of Chantilly lace and silk tissue taffeta was styled with a jeweled Sabrina neckline, basque waist and full hoop skirt featuring garland motifs on the taffeta overskirt, which was caught up to reveal a lace flounce. The back had lace-edged taffeta tiers graduating into a chapel sweep.

A queen crown of pearl and aurora borealis crystals held the fingertip length French illusion veiling. The bride's flowers were a cascade consisting of a white orchid, stephanotis and red sweetheart roses entwined with ivy.

Mrs. Joseph Gregorich Jr., Greenwood, was the matron of honor, and Miss Alice Scheuerman, Greenwood, and Mrs. Eldon Liebzeit, River Falls, were the bridesmaids.

They wore taffeta street-length dresses in mint green and were made with scoop necklines and fully gathered skirts designed with bustle backs. Their matching crowns were designed with pearl arches and pearl drops holding their blush veils. Each aide was provided with a casual type bouquet of pale yellow carnations.

Patricia Gregorich, the flower girl, was attired similarly to the attendants and carried a miniature replica of their bouquets. Raymond Gregorich Jr. was the ring bearer.

Attending the groom were Joseph Gregorich Jr., Greenwood, the best man, and Thomas Boe and William Gregorich, both of Greenwood, the groomsmen. The ushers, also of Greenwood, were James Boe and Robert Gregorich.

The wedding dinner and reception were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Gregorich, and that evening there was a dance at the Silver Dome Ballroom.

Mr. and Mrs. Scheuerman are 1960 and 1961 graduates of Greenwood High School, respectively, the former being employed by the Midland Co-operative of Greenwood. Following a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the newlyweds will reside in Greenwood.
