Peterson, Mark S. (28 OCT 1916 - 9 MAY 2016)

Mark S. Peterson of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016.

Mr. Peterson is survived by his wife, Audrey Peterson (nee Hartman), St. Charles, MO; father, Charles Peterson, Dorchester; son, Joshua Peterson, St. Peter, MO; daughter- Jenny (Steve) Rowlett, O’Fallon, MO; brothers, Mike (Bev) Peterson, Medford; Larry Peterson, Wausau; David (Leeta) Peterson, Rib Lake; Dale (Chris) Peterson, Medford; Kevin Peterson, Medford; Kenny (Amy) Peterson, Medford; Jamie (Nikki) Peterson, St. Francis, MN; Chuck (Carrie) Peterson, Medford; sisters, Julie (Ron) Haas, Marshfield; Deb (Lance-deceased) Dahl, Medford; Charlene (George) Velon, Chicago, IL; Pat (Roger) Hamus, Unity; Cindy (Russell) Hamus, Dorchester; and Darla Peterson, Medford. He is also survived by grandchildren, Jordan Rowlett and Grace Peterson, and his best buddy, Billy Boy, also many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Peterson was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Peterson nee Anderson.

Mr. Peterson loved deer hunting, fishing, boating and keeping up the patio plants, flowers and pond. Mark enjoyed traveling to many different places throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Puerto Rico and Spain. Mr. Peterson started his window and door career at Weather Shield in 1976 through 1990. In 1990 he moved to St. Charles, MO where he was in management at W.S. Window and Door until 2005. He started his own business, Peterson, Window and Door Repair from 2005 through 2010 and has worked with R & P Flooring until retirement in January 2012.

He was loved by many and also known as “Spock.”

Visitation was held Thursday, May 12, 2016, 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at St Robert Bellarmine Church, St Charles, MO.

Funeral services were Thursday, May 12, 2016, 11 a.m. at St Robert Bellarmine Church, St. Charles, MO.
