Faber, Christine “Chris” A. (Borchardt) (23 NOV 1958 - 21 JUL 2011)

Christine “Chris” A. Faber, age 52, of N3417 County Road C, Medford, died on Thursday, July 21 at Memorial Health Center, emergency room, Medford where she had been taken earlier by ambulance.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 23 at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford, with Rev. James Krueger and Rev. Joshua Krieger officiating. Interment will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II.

Pallbearers will be Shawn and Brent Faber, Chip Courtney, Russell Jari, Bernard Becker, Ken Lichtl.

Visitation will be at the Hemer Funeral Home from 4 PM to 7 PM on Friday, July 22 and also at church from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 11 AM on Saturday, July 23.

Chris was born on November 23, 1958, at Wausau, WI, to Edward and Corinne (Finger) Borchardt. She attended Wausau area schools.

On May 9, 1992, at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford, she married Roger Faber.

After her education she moved to Medford and worked at Tombstone Pizza Corp. for 28 years. Most recently she was working out of her home. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, and antique shopping. She was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Faber, of the Township of Browning; son Dane Faber at home in the Township of Browning. mother-in-law, Jacquelyn Faber of Medford.

She is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Corinne (Finger) Borchardt.
