Schreiner, Donna M. (Berghammer) (24 AUG 1950 - 17 DEC 2015)

Donna M. Schreiner, age 65, of 493 Perkins St. Apt. 5 Medford, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2015, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Hemer Funeral Home of Medford, with Deacon Joseph Stefancin of Holy Rosary Catholic Church officiating.

Cremainal Inurnment will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford.

Visitation will be at 9:00 A.M. until time of services at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford.

She was born August 24, 1950 in Merrill, to Gilbert A. and Muriel G. (Hopperdietzel) Berghammer.

Donna attended Athens Grade School and graduated from Athens High School.

On June 6, 1970 at St. Anthony Church in Athens, Donna married Ronald H. Schreiner. He survives.

Donna worked at Edgar Basket Factory in Edgar for a period of time before opening a day care facility in Medford. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing, board games and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, former member of St. Anthony’s Church in Athens.

Donna is survived by her husband, Ronald H. Schreiner of Medford; children Audra Schreiner, Bill Schreiner both of Medford and Crystal (Duane) Rudolph of Weyerhaeuser; grandchildren, Joshua and Tierra Rudolph of Weyerhaeuser; siblings Lola (Lester) Lendrum of Weston, Margo Simpson of Madison, Gayle (Joe) Brewer of Henagar, AL, Ryen (Brenda) Berghammer of Henagar, AL, Sue (Dale) Wisnewski of Rib Mountain, and Amy (Kim) Christians of Wautoma.

She is predeceased by her parents, Gilbert A. and Muriel G. (Hopperdietzel) Berghammer.
