Gysen, Godfreid (9 August 1884 - 30 March1974)

Funeral services were held April 2 from the Georgas Funeral Home for Godfreid Gysen, 89, of Memorial Home, who died March 30. The Rev. Gary Clark of the United Church of Christ officiated and burial was made in the Town of Mentor Cemetery at Humbird.

Pallbearers were Robert Seif, Louis Ziegler, Victor Halbrader, William Aebersold, William Sollberger and Edward Mashin.

Those from out of town who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Schulz, Jacob Leiser, Miss Julie Schulz and Miss Mae Leiser, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Herb Free, Eau Claire; Mr and Mrs. John Greub, A. O. Kirby, William Aebersold and Laura Baumgartner, Humbird.
