Wohler, Marjorie Ann (Bergman) (25 JAN 1930 - 7 OCT 2015)

Marjorie A. Wohler, 85, Ogema, went to meet her Savior on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at her home in Ogema.

She was born on January 25, 1930, in Sydney, North Dakota, the daughter of William and Dorothy (Kieffer) Bergman. She spent her early life and schooling in Rutland, North Dakota where she attended and graduated from Rutland High School. She then attended Northwestern College in Minneapolis and completed her education by receiving a teacher's certificate from Ellendale Normal School in North Dakota.

She taught in the rural school system in Sergeant County, North Dakota. For over the last 35 years, she was an enrolled agent with the IRS, preparing taxes for families, including pastors and missionaries from all around the world. She was an active member of Spirit Baptist Church.

She was married to Pastor Richard Wohler on August 19, 1951, in Cayuga, North Dakota. Following their marriage they made their home in North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wyoming, and Wisconsin prior to their retirement.

In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family, singing, listening to classical music, cooking Christmas dinners for congregation members and making candy.

She is survived by her husband Pastor Richard Wohler, Ogema, by 1 Son-in-Law Joel Jahraus, Miami, Fla., by her children: Kent (Carol) Wohler, Hasting, MN, Robyn (Erin) Feldges, Dubai, Bethany (Paul) Lovell, Austin, TX, Kathy (Ken) Woods, Sydney, Australia, Peter (Jessica) Wohler, Minneapolis, MN, 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1sister: Marilyn (Ken) Gregerson, Albuquerque, NM., and by 2 brothers: Richard (Nancy) Bergman, Duncanville, TX, and Robert (Ellen) Bergman, Gulf Shores, AL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, by 1 daughter Cynthia Jahraus by 1 brother Eugene Bergman, and by 1 great granddaughter Abigail.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, October 12, 2015, at the Ogema Baptist Church, Town of Ogema, with Pastor Duane Harper officiating. Interment will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, Township of Hill.

Friends may call at the Spirit Baptist Church on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. where a service will be held at 7:00 P.M conducted by Pastor Jonn Morrow.

The Heindl Funeral Home, Prentice is in charge of the arrangements.
