Clouse, Bonnie Jean (JUL 1970)

Miss Bonnie Jean Clouse of Union Grove, Wis., daughter of Mrs. Pearl Clouse and the late Frank Clouse, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), exchanged marriage vows with Marlen Denzer, Union Grove, Wis., son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Denzer of Fairview, Minn. Officiating at the ceremony was Rev. Edward Becker.

The 7 p.m. candlelight service took place at St. John's Lutheran Church, Cadott, Wis. The bride was escorted to the altar by her uncle, Donald Shifts of Chippewa Falls, Wis.

Mrs. Lorraine Polk sang three solos, "O Perfect Love," "Wedding Prayer," and "The Lord's Prayer."

The bride wore a princess style Chantilly lace gown, a chapel train fell from the shoulders. A pearl and crystal crown held the illusion veil. She carried a cascade bouquet of pink sweetheart roses, white carnations and ivy.

The matron of honor, Mrs. Ronald Nelson, Cadott, sister of the bride, and the bridesmaids, Mrs. James Jaenke of Eau Claire and Miss Bonnie Denzer of Burlington, wore mint green floor length dotted Swiss dresses with chapel length trains outlined with daisies. Their headpieces were matching daisies ribbons and veil. They carried an arrangement of white daisies and pink carnations.

Janet and Kathy Jaenke of Greenwood, nieces of the bride, were flower girls. They wore floor length gowns of green dotted Swiss and carried bouquets of daisies and white carnations.

The best man was Ronald Nelson of Cadott, and groomsman was Allan Denzer of Fairview, Minn.

Ushers were James Jaenke of Eau Claire and Marvin Denzer of Burlington, Wis.

A reception was held after the wedding service at Bohemian Hall on Highway 27, Cadott, Wis.

Mrs. Denzer is a graduate of the Greenwood High School and is employed at Sothern Colony Training School.

Her husband attended schools in Fairview and is also an employee of Sothern Colony Training School. They are residing at Union Grove, Wis.
