Lemke, Mr./Mrs. Henry (Gold – 5 Apr 1970)

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lemke of Route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), were guests of honor at a 12:30 p.m. dinner at the Roff Restaurant at Wis. Rapids on Sunday, April 5.

Mr. and Mrs. Lemke were united in marriage at the home of her mother, Mrs. David Konshok, former Loyal residents, now living in Waupaca, were their only attendants.

Mr. and Mrs. Lemke are the parents of two sons, Harold of Loyal and Norman of West Bend. They have 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

A three-tiered anniversary cake make by Mrs. Lemke's niece, Mrs. Richard Schier and decorated by Mrs. Andy Anderson, both of Wis. Rapids, centered the table.

Mrs. Lemke wore a corsage of yellow roses and her husband a boutonniere, gifts from Mr. and Mrs. Schier. A yellow mum plant, a gift from the grandchildren, also decorated the table. They were presented with a gift of money from their sons.

Guests at dinner were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lemke, Thomas and Kenneth, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Lemke, Catherine, David, Deborah, and Robert of West Bend, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce (Sandra Lemke) Pratz and son Peter, Rhinelander, Mr. and Mrs. George (Barbara Lemke) Richards, Chicago, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Riedel of Granton, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Schier and Mr. and Mrs. Ander Anderson and Scot of Wis. Rapids.

The honored couple are both in good health, taking care of their home and farm.
