Neillsville Locals (3 January 1974)

Mrs. Lillian Marg spent Thursday with her daughter Mrs. Roger Helm and family, at rural Granton.

Mrs. Louis Wiesner spent Christmas Day with Mrs. Leslie Keuer. Visitors at the Wiesner home Thursday were Mr. and Mrs. kenneth Hughes of Kenosha and Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Johnson of Lynn.

Mrs. Oscar Kuenkel, together with Mr. and Mrs. Art Zerbel of Humbird and LaVerne and Frank Ulesich of Milwaukee (who spent the holiday with their parents) were Christmas guests at the Tony Ulesich home at Willard.

Mrs. Lillian Marg, the Irvin Margs, the Donald Margs and the Roger Helms were Christmas dinner guests at the Melvin Marg home. Friday evening, the family gathered at the Donald Marg home, where Mrs. Donald Marg’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Schmidt of Melrose, were also guests.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Nemitz of New Auburn visited with relatives in Neillsville and attended the Brown-Hagedorn wedding Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Ramon Hagedorn, Michelle and Myra of Sun Prairie spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hagedorn.

Dinner guest Saturday at the Fred Subke home were Mrs. Jessie Beeckler, Leland Northup, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Palmer. The Subkes planned to have Mr. and Mrs. Martin Kalina and family of Merrillan, Mr. and Mrs. John Subke and Susan and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Subke and sons as their guests New Year’s Day.

Mr. and Mrs. Milan Bartz of Cudahy spent the Christmas holiday with her mother, Mrs. Antoinette Cram, and with other relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Dennis T. Zajac of Winter and Mr. and Mrs. David Boock and family of Black River Falls visited over the Christmas holiday at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thad Zajac.

Christmas day dinner guests at the Brian Bushnell home were Mr. and Mrs. Merle Bushnell and son, Duane, of Owen and Mrs. Irene Filitz and son, Frankie, of rural Neillsville.

C. W. Stelloh of Shorewood and Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Ballam of Whitefish Bay visited their mother, Mrs. Fred Stelloh over the Christmas holiday.
