Marshall, Lawrence E. (11 AUG 1964 - 19 JUN 2015)

Lawrence E. Marshall, age 50, of Wausau, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2015 at his home under the tender care of hospice surrounded by his loving family. He had fought the good fight and finally won.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 26, 2015 at St. John Lutheran Church (High Steeple) in Edgar. Rev. George Krueger will officiate. Interment will be held in the Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the church.

Larry was born August 11, 1964 in Jefferson County, Indiana. He was adopted by August and Norma (Wittman) Marshall when he was six days old. Larry was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lanesville, IN. He was united in marriage to Elizabeth Krueger on March 17, 1990 in Lanesville.

Larry was a Lutheran school teacher and principal. He enjoyed Indiana Hoosier basketball and genealogy.

Larry is survived by his wife of 25 years, Elizabeth; his three children: George (Bobbi Jo) Marshall, Greta Marshall and David Marshall all of Wausau; his granddaughter, Autumn Rose; his mother, Norma Marshall of Lanesville, IN and his sister, Jan (Greg) Ferguson of Lanesville, IN.

He was preceded in death by his father, August.
