Globe (5 Sep 1918)

Mrs. Wm. Ruck’s of Berlin, Wis., was here on a brief visit with her aged mother at the home of her brother, Albert Klueckman, and at the home of her sister, Mrs. Fred Kalsow.

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Hemp and son, Paul, autoed to Augusta Sunday to spend the day with his brother, Otto, and family.

Gus. Kalsow arrived home from Camp Grant last Tuesday on a 30-day furlough to help his sister on the farm.

Miss Frances Glass of Neillsville is the guest of Miss Erna Grap for a few days.

Mrs. Carl Schroeder and Mrs. Eric Schoenherr and two daughters went to Morton, Minn., last Wednesday on a brief visit with relatives.

Theo. Kalsow returned home from Milwaukee last Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. Will Lueck of Marshfield are the guests of Alb. Lueck and Carl Schoenherr and their families.

Ben Dudei and Bill Mallig called on their best girls in Granton Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Oswald Pischer, Mrs. Riedel and Mrs. Kiuer of Granton spent Sunday evening here at the Mallig home.

Lillian Thoma spent Sunday with Helen Grap.

A number of young folks spent Sunday with the Schoenherr girls.

Mrs. George Bruley went to St. Paul Saturday to spend some time.

Paul and Richard and Mrs. Marie Hagedorn autoed to Wausau Saturday to visit at the home of Leo Grap and family.
