“South of the Border” is the theme for the Junior Prom which will be held here on May 11, 1951. The annual event will be held in the high school gym.

Bob Gregorich was elected prom king by the Junior Class. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gregorich. He chose Alice Mickett as his queen. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Mickett.

Jack Rondorf, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Rondorf, and Ann Warner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Warner, are honorary kind and queen.

Donald Larson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alf Larson, and Judith Gulczynski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Florian Gulczynski, are crown bearers.

The gym will be decorated in a colorful fashion. Cactus, sombreros, etc. will make the even a very picturesque scene.

Billy Uthmeier’s Band will provide the music from 9 to 1 a.m.
