Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Mathiesen visited at the Charles Nitz home Thursday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Olson and Marleen of New London and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Olson and children of Loyal visited at the Clifford Manier home Saturday.

Mary Krueger of Sparta and Mrs. Kenneth Swope and Brent of Tunnel City were Thursday dinner guests at the Don Miller home.

Mr. and Mrs. Omar Thorp returned home to Darlington Sunday after spending the week with Anna Paap and other relatives in the area.

Mrs. Walter Aumann and Loretta Krueger visited at the Joe Miller home Friday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Tom Potter and children of St. Paul, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Manier and family and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Horban and family spent New Years Eve at the Clifford Manier home.

Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Shilts and Julie, Eddie and Bill, and Mr. and Mrs. Don Miller and John were Sunday dinner guests at the Joe Miller home.

Mr. and Mrs. Carl Brandt and grandchildren Dean and Dawn Brandt spent Monday with the Bart Brand’s and watched the New Year’s parade and games on the Bart Brand’s new colored television set they got for Christmas.

Mr. and Mrs. John Brandt and family visited at the Bart Brandt home Saturday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Bob Storley and daughters of Milwaukee spent Friday and Saturday at the Dick Brandt home.

Mrs. Kenneth Swope and Brent of Tunnel City, Mary Krueger of Sparta, Wis., Harvey Hendrickson, Mrs. Ronnie Ponick and Mrs. Don Miller called at the Ronnie Swope home Thursday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Tom Potter and children of St. Paul were Sunday dinner guests at the Orville Manier home.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Copenhavor and children of Geln Ellyn, Ill. And Mrs. Joe Emert Jr. and daughters of Janesville returned hom Monday, after spending the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays with the George Paap’s and other relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Swope, Mr. and Mrs. Marlin Johnson and son, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Henke and Mr. and Mrs. Don Miller spent Saturday evening at the John Wozniak home.
