Mrs. T.J. Nevala accompanied Mrs. Alma Bedroske of Abbotsford to Fond du Lac Friday, where they attended funeral services for their aunt, Mrs. Emma Ervert. Burial took place at Clintonville. After the services Mrs. Bedroske, with Mrs. Nevala, stopped off to visit at the Donald Nevala home. Later Mrs. Bedroske visited with her relatives in Fond du Lac and together they went to see other relatives at Plymouth and Sheboygan. The ladies returned home, accompanied by Geo. Baehr who had gone ahead and visited at Donald Nevala's.

Mr. and Mrs. James Pfalzgraf attended the funeral of his grandmother at Fond du Lac also.

Mr. and Mrs. Durward Lindquist and daughter Katy of Menasha, Mrs. Ruth Schoen of Green Bay, Miss Lorraine Lindquist of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Holstein of Stevens Point and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Schoff of Madison spent the weekend at the Chester Johnson home and also attended the Lindquist - Conway wedding on Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Chester Johnson left on Tuesday for Montreal to attend Expo 67.

Mr. Jack S. Garry of St. Paul was and overnight guest on Sunday at the Chester Johnson home.

Mr. and Mrs. Leo Persak of West Allis, Wis., visited with Mr. and Mrs. Ig. Przybylski last Friday afternoon and evening.

Staff Sergeant and Mrs. Leo Persak Jr. and children of Amarillo, Texas, spent Saturday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Ig. Przybylski.

St. Victoria Circle is sponsoring a variety party Sunday, June 25, St. Hedwig's School basement.

Mr. Jos. Slota of St. Paul, Minn. Visited with his sister, Mrs. Ig. Szymanski, and also called on Mr. and Mrs. Ig. Przybylski.

Christine Mendalski, Kevin and David Auman of Brentwood are spending a brief vacation with grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Horounziak.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Horounziak spent Friday night at the Gordon Kielhni home and left Barbara Kielhni home, who spent two weeks here.

Mr. Walter Horounziak is doing mason work for Frank Szczech for their new house.

Mrs. Patsy Budzinski called Sunday evening on Mamie Horounziak.

Stanley Blasczyk called on Walter Horounziak Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pletka, Joanne and Joey called at the Walter Horounziak home Sunday.

Miss Joanne Pletka visited Christine Mendalski Sunday afternoon at the Walter Horounziak home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Myslinski, Jimmy and Kristine spent Father's Day at the Mitchell Myslinski home Monday.

Father Urbic of Junction called at the Mitchell Myslinski home Monday.

Mrs. John Holewinski called on Mrs. Nick Krupa Friday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Eggie of Hartsfield, Ga., visited with mrs. Edith Possley and other friends on Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Teclaw and family of Oak Lawn, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hallanger and family, Mrs. Caroline Roe, Mrs. Evelyn Enger and Mrs. Curtiss Johnson of Minneapolis were guests at the K.E. Lindquist home over the past weekend to attend the Lindquist - Conway wedding.

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Dickrell and family of Sherry, Wis., called on Mrs. Edith Possley on Saturday.

Miss Lynn Paff and Miss Pat Berning of Minneapolis spent the weekend at the John Paff home.

Miss Jackie Deutschlander, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Deutschlander, and Miss Judi Emmett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Emmett, left for Whittier, Calif., where they will seek employment. They arrived safe and sound on June 8th, surprising all their friends and relatives there. As one of them knew the two girls were coming with a car. Jackie and Judi are 1964 graduates of the Thorp High School. Previous to this, Jackie was employed by First Wis. Trust of Milwaukee and Judi was employed by Thorp Sales and Service. The girls made the trip in Jackie's 1965 Chevrolet Sports Coupe.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Oldroyd and children, Cheryl, Cynthia and Charles of Madison, arrived in Thorp on Friday to spend Father's Day at the Harold Oldroyd home, returning to Madison late Sunday evening.

Mrs. Don McDowell of Walnut Creek, Calif. and Mrs. George Ulander and Mrs. Oscar Ramberg of Stanley were guests of Mrs. Charles Ramberg on Friday.

Mrs. Walter Bohn has been a patient at the hospital in Stanley since Wednesday, June 14th.

Mr. Henry Broeren of Tiskville, Ill., and Wayne Broeren and son Stuart of Champaign, Ill., stopped overnight at the Edmund Cook home on their way to Hayward for a week's vacation.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dallas and Jimmy, Mr. and Mrs. Norval Boie, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Panek and girls, Wallace Graham and children, Cathy, Gail and Toni of Eau Claire. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Graham and family of Stanley, Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Cook of Thorp, and Elmer Dodmead of Melville visited this past week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Graham.

Mrs. Roman Letvinuck and daughter Christine spent the last 2 weeks in Denver, Colorado with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ron Olson.

Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Rusch and Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Cook visited at the Don Rusch home near Greenwood on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Thiel of Owen spent Saturday with Bertha Dudansky.

Mrs. Caroline Roe of Minneapolis, Minn., is a house guest of her sister, Mrs. A.M. Aslakson.

Mr. and Mrs. Chuck McQuillan and son Shawn of West Allis visited with Mr. and Mrs. Rich Boie and family on Friday afternoon. While in Thorp, the McQuillan's attended the wedding of John Lindquist to Connaught Conway on Saturday.
