Loberg, Stella Grace (Swoverland) (3 JAN 1911 - 8 JUN 2014)

Stella Loberg, age 103, of Neillsville, WI died Sunday, June 08, 2014 at the Neillsville Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Stella Grace Loberg was born on January 3, 1911 in Tony, WI the fourth daughter of eleven children to Jonas and Bertha (Kaulhman) Swoverland. She married Kenneth B. Loberg on October 9, 1940.

She lived in Christie from the time of her marriage until 2002.She always enjoyed gardening, growing lots of flowers and baking. For 20 years, Stella, wrote the Christie News for the Clark County Press.

She is survived by two children, Orville (Judy) Loberg of Neillsville, WI and Sharon Schreiner of Marshfield, WI, four grandchildren, Charlene (Dennis) Dehnke of Fall Creek, WI, Keith (Tammy) Loberg of Neillsville, WI, Angele (Peter) Lammar of Stetsonville, WI and Julie (Jesse Curtin) Schreiner of Marathon City, WI, six great grandchildren, Emily (Nik Nelson) Armbrust, Arielle, Marlana and Victoria Lammar, Darrin and Dayne Loberg.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth in 2002, her son-in-law, Charles Schreiner in 2006 and her siblings, Ray, Eva, Chris, Violet, Clarence, Andrew, Alice, Nina, Dorthy and Claude.

Funeral Services for Stella will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Pastor Dong Su Lee will officiate. Interment will be in the Marie Louise Chapel Cemetery in Christie, WI. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, and 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday at the Gesche Funeral Home.

Casket Bearers are: Keith Loberg, Pete Lammar, Dennis Dehnke, Charlene Dehnke, Angele Lammar and Julie Schreiner.Online Condolences may be made at www.geschefh.com.  The Gesche Funeral Home is assisting Stella's family with Funeral arrangements.
