Mr. and Mrs. Henry Willger of St. Paul were weekend guests at the Jerry O'Connell home.

Mrs. Harry Jones of Cucahy spent from Thursday until Monday with her mother, Mrs. Mary Kornesczuk and family.

Mrs. Lowell Hartzell visited her father Henry Nichols and Walter Liazuk at Victory Memorial Hospital in Stanley Sunday.

Mrs. Clarence Micke took care of her grandson David Micke of Thorp Saturday while his parents, the Kenny Micke's attended the wedding of a relatives in Strandquist, Minn.

Mrs. Theresa Stuttgen returned home Sunday after being a patient at the Stanley Victory Memorial Hospital for several days.

Mr. and Mrs. Casey Kornesczuk and family of Melrose Park, Ill. Spent the weekend at the home of his mother, Mrs. Mary Kornesczuk and family.

The Presbyterian Ladies Aid of Gilman was entertained at the Frank Schmitt home in Aurora. Several people from here attended.

Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Liazuk visited his brother Walter and Frank Zakrewicz at Victory Memorial Hospital in Stanley Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Murphy and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Gay of Pittsburgh, Pa., were weekend guests at the Ed Gay home.

Mrs. Harold Helgerson of Cornell spent Wednesday p.m. with her parents, the Ed Gay's.

Kathy Kowalczyk of Polley was a supper guest with her friend Rachel Burtard.

Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Hartzell and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Liazuk of Stanley spent their 11 day vacation in the western states and returned Friday. They were in Black Hills, S.D., Salt Lake City, Utah, Wendover, Nev., Smith River, Calif. They also visited the later's brother Florian, and went salmon fishing in the Pacific. They visited Mr. and Mrs. John Bradshaw and Mrs. Emma Goss of Portland, Oregon, and also visited Bill Nichols in Salem, Oregon.
