We all welcomed the gentle rain which came last week.

Leonard Menigoz and Geo. Gemmeke attended the Marshfield fair.

Hugo Hallie has been cutting corn for Jason Bostwick.

H. Bostwick had his silo raised Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Bozivinick and Mr. and Mrs. Podobnik and children all called on John Ozanich and family one day last week.

Mr. John Ozanich's mother and sister arrived here a few weeks ago from the old country to make her home with John. His father has been here a few years. John had not seen his mother for fifteen years.

Mrs. H. Bostwick spent Friday with Mrs. A. Davey.

Mrs. Meyers helped Mrs. Davey cook for the silo fillers last week.

John Ozanich has a sister and her husband here from Minnesota visiting.

Leonard Menigoz of the Clover Leaf Cheese Factory won 4th prize on cheese at the state fair.

Ben Stanley filled silo for some of the farmers in our vicinity until he broke his machine and then Norton Borger finished with his trcactor.

Gertrude Davey spent Sunday with the home folks.

Carl Davey and sister Bernice left last Friday for Duluth where they will spend the winter.

Leonard Menigoz is spending his vacation with parents at Madison.

Mrs. Anderson and daughter of the town of Mead were seen driving on our road Saturday.

Mrs. Podobnik spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. Laykovich.
