Miss Mary Frances Schultz, 1315 Matheson, Janesville and Mr. Orville James Roder, 315 S. Main St., Janesville, exchanged wedding vows on Saturday, June 17 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Janesville.The Rev. Eugene Beltz and Rev. Otto C. Schultz, the later the grandfather of the bride.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Otto C. Schultz, 1313 Matheson, Janesville; and Mr. and Mrs. James D. Roder, Loyal.

For her wedding the bride selected a white linen and alencon lace gown with train of illusion secured by a pillbox of alencon lace and seed pearls. Her bouquet had white stephanotis, pink roses and ivy.

Mrs. Richard Peck, Janesville, was matron of honor and Misses Ann and Barbara Schultz, Janesville the aides.

The aides wore pink linen dresses and matching pink pillboxes with bouffant illusion veils and carried white carnations and pink roses in their bouquets.

Darrel Roder, Spencer, was the best man; Milton Pachal, Wausau, and Allan Roder, Loyal, were the groomsmen. Harlow Henninger, Sheboygan, and Paul Schultz, Janesville the ushers.

The reception was held at the Woman’s Club in Janesville.

Following a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the couple will live in Whitewater at 206 E. Second St.

The bride graduated in 1963 from Janesville Senior High School and attended Wisconsin State University, Whitewater. She affiliated with Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and has been a secretary for Thorp Finance Corp.

Her husband, a graduate of Loyal High School and Madison Business College is manager of the Thorp Finance Corporation Office in Whitewater.
