Wehrman, Arthur #2 (03 MAR 1911 - 29 AUG 1954)

Arthur Wehrman, son of Mrs. Fred (Alvina Rossow) Wehrman and the late Fred Wehrman, was born March 3, 1911 in the Town of Beaver. Here he received his education and grew to manhood.

On September 24, 1932 he was united in marriage to Miss Erna Miller at the West Side Evangelical and Reformed Church. They have resided in the town of Beaver for the past ten years on a farm on R. 1, Loyal.
To this union were born a son Arthur Jr. and two daughters, Jeanette and Barbara.

Mr. Wehrman, who has been ill for the past several months, passed away enroute to St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, following a severe heart attack on Sunday, August 29, 1954.

Funeral services were held at the West Side Evangelical and Reformed Church on Thursday, September 2, at 2 p.m., the Rev. Charles Koch, pastor, officiated. Burial was made in the parish cemetery.

During the service the Junior choir sang “In The Garden” and “God Will Take Care Of You” accompanied by Mrs. Alvin Alberts at the organ.

The pallbearers were Richard Walter, David Danielson, Ray Vogel, Theodore Abel, Edward Meinholdt and Adolph Wendt.

Those in charge of the flowers were nieces, Margaret and Eleanor Wendtland, Romelle Brandt and Joanne Miller.

Mr. Wehrman is survived by his wife and above named children, his mother Mrs. Fred Wehrman, a half sister, Mrs. Helen (Brandt) Wendtland, Northfield, Minn.; two brothers Clarence and Edward Wehrman, Lannon Wis., and a half brother, Oscar Brandt of Greenwood.
