Wilson, Frank H. (7 JAN 1890 - 9 SEP 1952)

Frank Henry Wilson, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Wilson, was born on Jan. 7, 1890 in Jackson Co. and came as a child to Clark County with his parents.

On June 28, 1915 he was united in marriage to Miss Clara Markwardt at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville. To this union were born three sons and five daughters. One daughter, Mary, passed away at the age of seventeen.

Mr. Wilson, who was a resident of the Town of Weston (Clark Co.), has been in poor health for about a year and was a patient at St. Joseph's Hospital for a few week before going to the Madison . He passed away there on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 1952.

A Requiem Mass was read at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville on Saturday, Sept. 13th at 9:00 a.m.. The very Rev. M.J. Kainhofer officiated. He was laid to rest in the parish cemetery.

The pallbearers were Millard Chadwick, Frank Reinhard, Henry Wasserburger, Henry Langreck, Joe Resong and Tony Erpenbach.

He is survived by hsi wife, four daughters, Mrs. Ferd (Cecelia) Langreck, Greenwood; Mrs. Floyd (Hilda) Richmond, Whitehall, Mont.; Mrs. Neil (Agnes) Bankenship, Herrick, Ill.; Mrs. Donald (Catherine) Wieting, Menomonie Falls, and three sons, Frank Jr., Menomonee Falls; Charles, Neillsville; John at home and 13 grandchildren.

Those from away who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wilson Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Donald Wieting and families, Menomonee Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Richmond and family, Whitetail, Mont.; Mr. and Mrs. Ferd Langreck and family, Greenwood and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Scheffer, Humbird.
