York Center (20 Jan 1916)

Well, we had some good old genuine spicy winter weather the past week. It was the good old fashioned kind.

Dr. Ross was called to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jake Schaefer last Monday to treat their son, who is sick with pneumonia.

Mr. and Mrs. Forest Rowe visited at the Charlie Campbell home at Neillsville last Sunday.

Wm. Livingston went to Ladysmith last Friday to work this winter.

Mrs. Pearl Davis came over from Marshfield last Friday on a visit.

Dam Timerson lost his gray horse last Saturday.

Joe Eysnogle and daughter, Dessie, called at the Will Benedict home last Friday.
