Floris Halkney is on the sick list.

Roy Lewis was in town Saturday.

H. Warner and V. Aikins killed two foxes Saturday.

Lydia Einfeldt visited at Owen Monday and Tuesday.

Sam Smith and family visited at Calvin Davis' Sunday.

Wm. Vollrath did business in our lively burg Saturday.

Wm. Benjamin did shopping here one day the past week.

P.E. Peterson put a phone in for Henry Warner Monday.

A.F. Varney and wife returned from Saxeville Friday night.

Abe Speich came Friday night to spend the winter with his brothers.

Wm. Rossman's chimney burned out Tuesday night, fine night for a fire.

Wm. Benjamin sold his fine span of gray colts during the week for $300.

Messrs. Theen and Fowler, the millwrights, left Wednesday for their respective homes.

Andrew Anderson, our ex-buttermaker, and Tom McAdams were calling here Sunday. Andrew is helping at Owen.
