Adler, Margaret (? - 26 March 1970)
Our community was shocked last
Thursday morning to hear of the sudden death of Mrs. Herb (Margaret) Adler in
the Black River Falls Hospital, where she had been taken the evening before.
Funeral services were conducted Monday from St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at
Fairview. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery. A rosary was recited Sunday
evening.
Mrs. Adler is survived by her husband; four sons, Cyrell of
Wildwood, Ill., Martin of Round Lake, Ill., Herbert, Jr., of Marengo and Stanley
of Eau Claire; four daughters, Mrs. Leslie Howard of Campbellsport, Mrs. James
Schlickert of Schofield, Mrs. Vivian Salentine of Muskego and Mrs. Edward
Kenneburg of Rockford, Ill. Other survivors are a brother, Richard Croell of
Lawler, Ia.; three sisters, Mrs. Ann Jaeger of Campbellsport, Mrs. Gertrude
Gildernick of Chili and Mrs. Charles Shefchik of Loyal; 21 grandchildren and 17
great-grandchildren.
