Adler, Margaret (? - 26 March 1970)

Our community was shocked last Thursday morning to hear of the sudden death of Mrs. Herb (Margaret) Adler in the Black River Falls Hospital, where she had been taken the evening before. Funeral services were conducted Monday from St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at Fairview. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery. A rosary was recited Sunday evening.

Mrs. Adler is survived by her husband; four sons, Cyrell of Wildwood, Ill., Martin of Round Lake, Ill., Herbert, Jr., of Marengo and Stanley of Eau Claire; four daughters, Mrs. Leslie Howard of Campbellsport, Mrs. James Schlickert of Schofield, Mrs. Vivian Salentine of Muskego and Mrs. Edward Kenneburg of Rockford, Ill. Other survivors are a brother, Richard Croell of Lawler, Ia.; three sisters, Mrs. Ann Jaeger of Campbellsport, Mrs. Gertrude Gildernick of Chili and Mrs. Charles Shefchik of Loyal; 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
